How much will my closing cost be for my home purchase?
The closing cost will vary depending on the cost of your new home, the tile fees charged by your title company,
your Mortgage broker fee, insurance and pro rated property taxes. I would recomend that you speake with your mortgage broker and get a "good faith estimate" which will detail the closing cost for your new home.
I am looking to sell my home, what percentge shoud I expect to pay my realtor to sell my home?
The charges that Realtors charge is not set in stone. I would recomend that you interview 3 different agents to determne the agent that you want to work with. Also I would recomend that the agent that you choose not be based entirely on the commission that they charge. Your main objective should be to
1. sell you home for the most dollars
2. sell your home with least amout of dificulty
Communicaton with your agent is very important also.
